We woke up to pretty cold weather. I could see in Publio's eyes that he was not really happy about it. We had breakfast and he dismounted the bikes, washed the motorcycle, and then we headed down to Lake George. It turned out to be a bit touristy but charming. The lakefront area was very cute with a boardwalk, restaurants, a little beach, a small fishing pier, and lots of mountains in the background. We didn't stay long because we had left Teddy behind and it was almost lunch time, so we headed back to the campground for lunch.
Teddy was mesmerized with all the squirrels around our campsite. We were watching this little guy from our dining table window.
Publio working... we only had phone service in town... so once we got there all his emails and texts came in at once...
Standing at the fishing pier in Lake George village
After lunch and Publio's nap we did a bit of hiking behind our cg to the lake (more like a pond)... which actually connects all the lakes in the area.. there's Lake Luzerne, followed by second lake, third lake and fourth lake.... Very pretty...
The hiking trail to the lake
The lake.. although this is more of a canal that connects the lakes....
A surprise I found in my camera... Publio did it for me.... Awwwww!
Our campsite
Teddy doesn't ride in front of Publio. He actually rides between us....
In the Adirondacks sitting on an Adirondack.... LOL
At the fishing pier... Publio was doing a bit of work while a conversed with some locals.
Some kids getting ready to jump into the FREEZING cold water...
Obviously they didn't see this sign.... LOL
At DJs watching the game... outside bar...
Our campsite.... we put up the fish lights and the solar lights...
