Monday, June 21:
Great breakfast this morning…. Spinach, onion, and feta cheese scramble with whole wheat French toast…. Yummy!!!! Soon after we took off because we wanted to go visit the Harley Davidson factory in York, PA… just 30 minutes away…. We arrived just in time to take the next tour. Cameras are not allowed in the factory but I took some pictures outside.
From there we headed to the local HD dealership. Publio wanted to change out the front tire. It was a pretty neat place. The family that owned it made a small museum in the back.
We headed back home for lunch and to hang out with Teddy for a while. We had lunch and a nap and then we headed out to the Amish country. I wanted to do the buggy ride which was interesting. Up here they have the Amish and the Mennonites… I’m still not completely sure the difference because they dress the same but apparently the Mennonites are a bit more modernized, working in local stores, drive cars, etc.
Back home, we decided it was a good night to grill and relax AND that’s exactly what we did.
And then off to bed!!!
Happy travels!!!
